These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Indosatoto ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://indosatoto.cam and all associated services, games, features, and promotional content made available thereon.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the indosatoto platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To register and maintain an Account on the indosatoto platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Account registration on indosatoto requires you to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. All information provided must be accurate and consistent with your official identity documents.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at indosatoto's sole discretion at any other time, you may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This involves submission of one or more of the following:

• A clear copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or valid international passport.
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months.
• Proof of payment method ownership — a screenshot or photograph confirming that the depositing bank account, e-wallet, or card is registered in your name.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials. Indosatoto will never contact you to request your password through any channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. Indosatoto accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Your use of the indosatoto platform is subject to the following conditions at all times:

• You may only use the platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use, systematic exploitation, or use for profit by means other than legitimate gambling winnings is strictly prohibited.
• You agree not to use any software, script, bot, crawler, or automated system to interact with the platform outside of normal human interaction through a standard web browser or the official mobile interface.
• You agree not to attempt to interfere with, compromise, or manipulate the platform's software, game outcomes, random number generators, or any other technical component.

• You acknowledge that gambling involves a risk of financial loss and that you may lose all funds deposited into your Account.
• You will use only payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party payment transactions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Indosatoto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Processing times are typically within minutes to a maximum of 24 hours for standard requests. Indosatoto reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or exhibit unusual activity patterns.

All transactions on indosatoto are denominated in MYR. Where cryptocurrency deposits are used, the equivalent MYR value will be calculated at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Indosatoto accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

Indosatoto may impose minimum and maximum limits on individual transactions. These limits may vary by payment method, Account tier, and applicable regulatory requirements. Depositing funds solely for the purpose of taking advantage of a promotional offer and subsequently withdrawing without genuine gameplay constitutes bonus abuse and is subject to the penalties described in Section 9.

Indosatoto may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:

• Each promotion is available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus Funds must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering Requirements for individual promotions are published on the promotional offer page.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the individual promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and any bonus-derived winnings.
• Where a deposit bonus is declined by the User at the time of deposit, it cannot be retroactively applied to that deposit.
• Indosatoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect Users who are actively in the process of fulfilling a Wagering Requirement.
• Winnings derived from free spins or no-deposit bonuses may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in individual promotion terms.

All bets placed on the indosatoto sportsbook and casino are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a bet confirmation reference number generated by the platform. Bets that do not receive a confirmation number are not considered valid.
• Indosatoto reserves the right to void bets placed on events or markets that were offered in error, contained incorrect odds due to a technical malfunction, or where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the platform's recorded data constitutes the authoritative record. Indosatoto's decision in all betting disputes is final and binding.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during significant events, VAR reviews, and connectivity interruptions. Bets placed during a valid suspension window are voided.

Coverage of specific events and available markets may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the indosatoto platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and notification to applicable authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using your own identity, a third party's identity, or any fictitious identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform to launder money, process the proceeds of crime, or engage in any activity that violates anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating a betting syndicate through a single Account.
• Charging back or reversing any financial transaction processed through the platform without prior resolution through indosatoto's official dispute process.

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, service marks, logos, game titles, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the indosatoto platform are owned by or licensed to indosatoto and are protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of indosatoto.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, indosatoto, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any services offered thereon.

Without limiting the foregoing, indosatoto is not liable for: losses arising from gambling outcomes; losses resulting from platform unavailability or technical failures; losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials; or losses caused by third-party payment processing delays.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, indosatoto's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

Indosatoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following tools to assist players in managing their gambling activity:

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision to these Terms became effective. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under indosatoto's international licensing jurisdiction (Curacao).

In the event of any dispute between you and indosatoto, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the official support channel at [email protected]. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days may be escalated to arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits indosatoto's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorised use of the platform.
